Stephen Jeffcoat is the General Manager at Domenica Restaurant.  

He started working in the restaurant industry at 16 years old, holding positions in both back and front of house. He continued waiting tables and working behind the bar at various restaurants while getting his degree at LSU. Little did he know this experience would provide the foundation for his eventual career in the industry.

Stephen has since become a fixture at the Besh Restaurant Group for the past eight years, assisting with the opening of Domenica as well as Lüke San Antonio, John Besh’s first restaurant outside of Louisiana. Stephen developed the beer program at Lüke San Antonio which has been featured in various publications including Find.Eat.Drink and The Huffington Post among others. 

In 2014, Stephen opened Pizza Domenica as General Manager and built the restaurant’s own versatile beer program that is still well-known today. A year later Stephen returned to Domenica as General Manager where he continues to elevate the wine, beer, and craft cocktail programs.
